At The Grace Social Entrepreneurship,, we started on 2018, Reg#1249, our commitment to children with disabilities is more than an organizational mission—it is a family vocation rooted in faith, compassion, and service. As a French citizen of Lebanese origin, I chose to return to Lebanon despite its ongoing economic and social challenges, driven by a deep responsibility toward vulnerable children, struggling families, and healthcare institutions lacking essential medical resources.
The inspiration behind our NGO is our beloved disable daughter, Thea Maria. Through her courage, resilience, and love for others, she has become a symbol of hope for families facing disability. Thea Maria is dedicated to helping her brothers and sisters with disabilities overcome barriers, particularly those related to respiratory conditions and access to life-saving care. She refuses to accept indifference or the belief that a child’s future should be determined by a lack of treatment. Her message is clear: we must stop accepting the words “Rest in Peace, our Angel” when therapies, medical support, and proper care could change lives. For her, healthcare and rehabilitation are not privileges—they are fundamental human rights for every child.
Our family’s commitment spans generations and professions. My son, Christian, is pursuing his psychiatry medical studies at CHU Amiens and is a High Distinction graduate in Hospital Management from the University of Lille. His combined expertise in medicine and healthcare management strengthens our vision of accessible, high-quality care. My daughter, Clara, is an Occupational Therapist and lecturer at CHU Amiens University in France, helping train future healthcare professionals. Together, they reflect our dedication to evidence-based care, ethical practice, and quality therapeutic support.
Supported by a growing network of volunteers, healthcare professionals, donors, and community partners, The Grace has evolved beyond a disability-focused organization. We support hospitals in need of medical equipment, assist families unable to afford essential treatments, and create pathways toward dignity, inclusion, and opportunity. Our mission is not defined by disability—it is inspired by ability. We believe every individual possesses unique potential that deserves the opportunity to flourish.
The Grace represents a movement where compassion meets action, expertise serves humanity, and every child is empowered to become an active contributor to society. We see this work not simply as charity, but as a lifelong commitment to social justice, human dignity, and sustainable impact.
